About Me
I'm Junjie Ma, a master's student in the Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary at the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. Study under Professor Xiao Yu. My research focuses on bioinformatics and machine learning. I have published 6 first-author papers and 7 co-authored papers.
My current research focuses on pancreatic cancer, particularly in the areas of spatial multi-omics, single-cell multi-omics, pathology and medical imaging multimodal approaches.
